Why Redesign?

These are some major UX issues that I feel needs attention:

  • Onboarding flow is overwhelming and is not user friendly.

  • The homepage reflects outdated 2015 UI Trends.

  • Most of the pages has major UX flaws.

  • App is not engaging & users tend to use it occasionally.

What can be improved?

These are some of the initial solutions that came into my mind:

  • Simplify onboarding and make it welcoming for users.

  • Reduce visual clutter with simple & concise layout.

  • Optimize critical UX issues across all pages.

  • Introduce features that helps in increasing user engagement.

It's very evident that the positive reviews are fake or paid. The app is just clutter. I'd rather use Google drive which is simpler and easier to use.

Complex process.. better create a briefing video about the app for new users.

Heart beat measurement not work property even any red object living or non living gives same result.

Very bad not a user friendly app 😂. Looks like every option takes you on creating unnecessary new lD again and again.

Higher Level = Bigger Rewards

This is highly effective progression-based reward loop, often called a "loyalty loop". As users achieve higher levels, higher the reward becomes.

Why This Can Work?

  1. Escalating Endorphins: Fixed rewards eventually become boring (e.g., getting 10 gems every time). Increasing rewards match with the user's time & efforts making the heavy grind feel fair and highly lucrative.

  1. Sunk Cost Effect: The more time & effort a user invests into reaching a higher level, the less likely they tend to abandon the progress. They don't want to waste the high-earning status they earned.

My Learnings

  • Reducing clutter and prioritizing simple flow taught me that reducing cognitive load matters more than aesthetics.

  • Analyzing 200+ raw user reviews taught me how to filter noise and translate real user frustration into precise & prioritized solutions.

  • The broken ABHA ID onboarding proved that neglecting edge cases can entirely halt a whole user flow & can ruin user retention.
